BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT

Arrive with clean, product-free hair and scalp.
Avoid applying oils, hair fibres, dry shampoo, serums or styling products on the day of treatment.
Avoid alcohol on the treatment day, as it may increase discomfort or sensitivity.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCALP TREATMENT (DAY 0)

Do not touch, scratch or massage the scalp.
Do not wash your hair for at least 6–12 hours to allow maximal absorption of exosomes.
Avoid sweating, strenuous exercise, hats, helmets, tight headwear, or anything causing friction or heat on the scalp.
Avoid applying any hair or scalp products (including tonics, serums or sprays) for the first 24 hours, unless specifically directed by your clinician.
Mild redness, scalp sensitivity or pinpoint flaking may occur depending on the method used (e.g. needling vs. topical infusion). This usually settles within 24–48 hours.

0–3 DAYS POST TREATMENT

You may gently wash your hair with a mild, non-medicated shampoo after 12–24 hours, as advised by your clinician.
Avoid harsh or medicated shampoos containing strong sulphates, ketoconazole, exfoliating acids or intense menthol unless prescribed by a doctor.
Avoid hair fibres, hairspray, gels, waxes, mousse and heavy styling products for at least 48 hours.
Avoid saunas, hot yoga, steam rooms, swimming pools and heavy sweating for 48 hours.
Do not colour, bleach, perm or chemically treat hair for at least 5–7 days post-treatment.

3–7 DAYS POST TREATMENT

You may gradually return to your normal hair care routine once the scalp feels comfortable.
Use any clinic-recommended supportive scalp products (e.g. peptides or growth-support serums) only when permitted.
Avoid picking or scratching at any dry or flaking skin on the scalp.

WHEN TO CONTACT THE CLINIC

Persistent or worsening redness or heat
Excessive swelling or discomfort
Pustules, discharge or visible signs of infection
Severe tenderness or symptoms that feel unusual for you
