1.3 Clinical and Treatment Images (Sensitive Information)
As an advanced aesthetic provider, we collect physical and digital records of your treatments, which include clinical photographs and before-and-after images of your treatment areas. Under the Privacy Act, clinical photos and health status details are classified as Sensitive Health Information. We will only capture clinical images with your explicit verbal or documented consent prior to your treatment session.
1.4 Telephony, Audio, and Biometric Data
When you communicate with our administrative or centralized booking teams via telephone, we collect:
- Audio Call Recordings: Complete audio files of inbound and outbound calls regarding bookings, appointment rescheduling, pricing enquiries, complaints, and customer service requests.
- Biometric Information (Voice Recognition): Associated unique voice data processed via our telephony software for the purpose of identity verification, service security, and language profiling.
1.5 Automated Online Tracking & Cookies
For each visitor reaching our website, we automatically collect non-personally identifiable data through tracking technologies such as cookies. This includes browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times, and referring website addresses. 2. Use of Your Personal Information
We use your personal data, CRM records, audio logs, and clinical images strictly to execute primary business operations and service deliveries, including:
- Answering online enquiries, processing web store purchases, and managing clinic workflows;
- Booking, confirming, reminding, or rescheduling appointments via automated SMS, email, or direct voice calls;
- Allowing our clinical therapists and medical practitioners to securely access your historical CRM treatment logs to ensure safe, consistent, and clinically accurate machine/product settings over successive treatments;
- Utilising clinical images to monitor, evaluate, and medically track your skin or body treatment progress across your treatment program;
- Internal Quality Assurance & Audits: Reviewing internal CRM entries, audit logs, and clinical outcomes among authorized management to ensure strict compliance with strict clinical safety standards;
- Call Quality Monitoring: Reviewing stored telephone audio recordings and voice recognition indicators to check staff adherence to professional phone scripts, customer service benchmarks, and uniform communication standards;
- Dispute Resolution: Reviewing system CRM timestamps and telephone call audio files to definitively verify booking dates, agreed times, or structural pricing disclosures in the event of a client scheduling error, booking conflict, or billing dispute; and
- Direct Marketing: Sending clinic updates, newsletters, and promotional offers. You hold an absolute right to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Clinical Prescriptions and Compliance: Utilizing your sensitive medical history data to facilitate compulsory clinical consultations with prescribing medical professionals prior to administering schedule 4 cosmetic injectables.
- Loyalty Program Administration: Processing your transaction logs to calculate, manage, and redeem points within our Results Rewards program, and to map consumer trends to refine our clinic inventory.
We will never utilize your clinical images or sensitive health data for marketing, social media publishing, or external advertising unless you have executed a completely separate, explicit Media Release Consent Form.
3. Disclosure of Your Personal Information
Results Laser Clinic does not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personally identifiable data to external third parties.
3.1 Affiliated Third Parties & IT Partners

3.2 Cross-Border and Overseas Data Transfers
From time to time, the cloud servers, backup databases, or enterprise CRM architectures we utilize to protect clinical records and telephone data may be hosted outside of Australia. Where data is transferred or stored overseas, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that data security standards and robust privacy protection practices are contractually maintained by the hosting provider in compliance with APP 8.
3.3 Law Enforcement and Regulatory Disclosures
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable or clinical information if compelled to do so by Australian Law Enforcement, regulatory bodies, court orders, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, physical safety, and security of our staff, our clients, or the general public.
4. Collection of Information for Minors
We recognize the supreme importance of protecting the privacy of minors. Our website content and digital services are not intentionally targeted at persons under the age of thirteen (13) years. We do not knowingly collect or maintain data from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian oversight and consent.
5. Security and Storage of Your Information

- All electronic data is stored on enterprise-grade, encrypted cloud platforms requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) and restricted role-based internal access credentials.
- Clinical images must be securely uploaded directly into your encrypted CRM profile using company-owned hardware. Staff are strictly prohibited from saving, storing, or maintaining client clinical photographs or personal data on personal mobile phones or unauthorized personal cloud accounts.
- We securely destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when the operational purpose for which it was collected no longer exists, when it is no longer required by law to be retained, or upon a validated request from you regarding sensitive data where legal retention periods have expired.
6. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You have a legal right to request access to, and seek the correction or updating of, the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted under the Privacy Act.
If you wish to make an access or correction request, please contact our Support Office in writing to satisfy safety and identity verification protocols. We will endeavor to respond to all valid access requests within 7 to 10 business days. In accordance with the law, Results Laser Clinic reserves the right to charge a reasonable, reflective administrative fee for searching for, retrieving, and providing copy access to your archived data on a per-request basis.
7. Electronic Communications and Opt-Out Rights
By creating a customer account, completing an intake card, or submitting a digital enquiry, you consent to receiving operational administrative updates via electronic text, email, or telephone.
If you receive direct marketing materials or promotional newsletters that you no longer wish to receive, you can remove your name from our marketing database instantly by clicking the “Unsubscribe” mechanism inside the footer of any promotional email, or by contacting our team directly.
SMS Communications: Direct marketing via short message service (SMS) is managed strictly in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by either replying “STOP” directly to the text message received, or by clicking the unique compliance opt-out link appended to the message. This will programmatically halt marketing texts without disrupting your vital operational booking updates or clinical appointment reminders.
