Most other private clients of Results Laser Clinic in Australia or New Zealand can be a Results Elite or Member. There are some exclusions, please read the Membership Terms and Conditions.

If you are an existing customer, simply visit your regular clinic and ask to become a member.

We suggest that you also agree to receive emails from us to get status updates on your points and special membership offers. There is no charge but an invoice is generated to mark the date and time of joining, your membership starts as soon as this transaction is complete.

Each individual client needs to have their own account file which contains a record of their treatments & treatment notes, packages, other important details and to ensure that they are awarded the correct membership benefits & Results Rewards Points.

It costs $29 to become a Results Elite Member. Membership and all your benefits last for 12 months. As a member of the Results Elite you are eligible to collect and use Results Rewards Points.

Results Elite Membership offers over $165 worth of benefits in free services, free product, product discounts & bonus points to be enjoyed within the period of the membership. You will receive more benefits like this when you rejoin.

All your benefits are automatically available in your account and can be applied at time of payment – just ask your friendly therapist when its time to pay.

As a Results Elite Member or a Results Rewards Member you will automatically be awarded 1 Results Reward Point for every $1 spent on treatments and products.

Results Rewards points can be used in full or part payment when you buy treatments or products. Simply tell your therapist that you would like to use Results Rewards Points when you pay. You can choose how many of your points you wish to use. A minimum of 20 points (= $1 benefit) can be used each time. Redemptions can only be made in multiples of 20 points. i.e. 20 points or 40 points or 60 points etc.

Results Rewards points earned in Results Elite Membership and Results Rewards Membership last the same time. Results Rewards points are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Every night after close of business, Results Rewards Points are awarded against purchases made that day. They should normally appear in your account the next day. They are available for use as soon as they show up in your account.

You will receive a statement by email each time you earn or spend Results Rewards points. You can also view your Results Membership and points status online, when you sign into the My Results/sign-in page of the website. You need to have agreed to receive emails from us and have provided us with the following personal details for us to identify you:

You can advise us at any time of changes to your personal details either at clinic, or by calling our Customer Call Centre, in Sydney, on 1300 722 432.

Your email or postal address details may have been recorded incorrectly in our system or you may not be opted in for emails. Please check your details are correct under the My Results/sign-in section of the website. If you are unable to log in to view your details or if they are correct and you are still not receiving mail, please contact your clinic or call us on 1300 722 432.

Your Results Rewards Points can only be used for purchases in clinic.
